I have been with Cricket for 2 or three years and have been paying insurance for just as long with them after being insured that my phone will be replaced if ANYTHING happens to it under the insurance. The first time my phone was broken was when I was in labor it fell so I went to the store and told them if they could give me money off a newer phone because I was looking to upgrade anyhow, The sales man said no, they don't do that. Related: If I wanted my phone replaced it would be a 50 dollar 'deductible', the phone brand new was down to 20 at that point so I said no but paid full price since it WAS my fault it was broke and kept my insurance. The new phone I bought, the touch screen stopped responding to touch after 5 months so I again took it to the store for a replacement.
