It is indeed a fan dub which is pretty high quality. Goku sounds just like the real thing.
Beerus sounds kinda silly. Beerus's voice reminds me a little too much like an impersonation of Gara of the Sand from Naruto hehe. But the dub voice for Mr. Satan was the best I think. Bulma's voice was off. Made for a fun re-watch of episode 1.
I enjoyed it enough that I know I'll definitely check out the rest of these fan dubbed version episodes. Thanks uploader and thanks to the guys who dubbed it. Also quality was good despite the small file size.
