@ Downunder ya talking about the OZF4 Img thing OK have not had probs with program yet still works OK on OZF3 and will take note when I need to use the OZF4 converter so can add to the PDA 'OziCE' but would at this stage assume it will be compatible with V2.40 which was updated in Feb. I am running V2.4 and would not of noticed any problems ^_^. But THXs for the Heads up. Note: did have a problem way back with OZF3 v3.3 and had to use my older copy of OZF2 'was still running V1.xx CE' Am pretty much up to date with Ozi being a Registered user. The latest version of OziExplorerCE can be downloaded from the link shown below. Make sure you download the correct version. Most will need the winCE_core_runtime_arm.zip version. You are not allowed to view links. Just unzip to a folder on your SD card and use the serial attached below to register your copy.

Just add maps, stir gently and away you go. (Size: 142 bytes / Downloads: 1802) Note: This key only works with OziCE versions up to and including 2.35a. Just extract the files & folders from the zip file onto a folder on your SD card (OziExplorerCE?).

Then just run OziExplorerCE.exe and register it (File/Help/Enter Registration Code). Maps go in the Maps folder (some demo's are in there already). There is a post on PPC Warez with lots of maps: You are not allowed to view links. Here is a WA state map to start with: You are not allowed to view links. If you do any off road or like stuff it is invaluable, but the learning curve can be fairly steep but well worth the effort. The OziExplorer web site gives a lot of information about maps and other stuff.

Cheers, Ian Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic! Madmax is quite right - Ozi really is a lot of 'ginning around' to learn etc BUT the rewards are high. It is a relatively simple (if not time consuming) exercise to make your own specific maps directly from google - try doing that with Garmin!!!! Whatsmore, you can also design your very own display screen to only display EXACTLY the info that YOU want - don't know of any other off road program that has this ability.

So as Johnno says 'it is a steep learning curve' at first - but may be worthwhile in the long run if you are serious.
