Probably just barely sufficient for a temporary blackout during a heavy storm.
Should work for several hours during non-storm blackouts when the sump pump isn't working every few minutes. See: I bought one last year when it went on sale for $349.99, then went back a month later for price protection adjustment when it went down to $299.99. If you're thinking of getting one, this is as cheap as it gets, so don't wait.
